Privacy Policy

This site is operated by the Coalition to Remember the 1906 Atlanta Race Massacre.

We use privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies and do not track visitors across sites. Information you submit through a form on this site is used only to respond to you and to organize the Days of Remembrance.

Donations, registration, membership and the shop are handled by Zeffy, and volunteer sign-ups by Airtable, each under its own terms and privacy policy. Those forms sit inside our pages, and the documentary trailer sits inside our own section, but none of them loads until you open it. Nothing is requested from Zeffy, Airtable or Vimeo while you are only reading.

Once you open a Zeffy form, Zeffy loads its own payment and analytics providers inside that form, including Stripe, PayPal, Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity and Amplitude, and those providers may set cookies under Zeffy's policy rather than ours. Opening the trailer loads the Vimeo player, which we request in Vimeo's do-not-track mode.
